Complaint Procedure

If you believe that content on one of NoBox's services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a letter to our Designated Agent providing the following information:

• Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or other intellectual property rights owner allegedly infringed.
• Description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
• Identify the material you claim as infringing, including information on its location which allows it to be found, and if possible, the URL of the infringing material.
• Information that allows us to contact you, such as your address, phone number, and email address (if available).
• You state that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or by law.
• Statement by you, under oath, that the information contained in your communication is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or other intellectual property rights holder.

Your notification with the above information must be sent to our Designated Agent for notices of copyright infringement and intellectual property rights claims at the following address.
