Link

Link is a feature in Nobox.Ai designed to store contact accounts like WhatsApp numbers, Email, Telegram, etc.

To add a link, click the [Contacts] module, then click the [Link]➔[New Link] menu. A dialog box labeled [New Link] will appear. Fill out the required fields in the dialog.

If you have completed the fields provided, click [Save] to store the new link data you just created.

Edit Dan Hapus Data Link

To edit a data link, please first select the data you want to edit. Make your changes and click [Save] to store the modifications.

To delete a data link, select which data you want to remove, then click [Delete]. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you wish to delete the data. If yes, click [Yes] if not, click [No].

Conversation

The "Conversations" tab is used to store all conversations with associated links that are in new, assigned, and completed statuses. Thus, all conversations that are not archived will be monitored with connected links.

Send Message

The "Send Message" tab is used to store information about broadcast messages sent to the link. This allows you to monitor the broadcast message results that have been delivered, are pending, or failed to send..
