Mail Queue
Email Queue is a feature on Nobox.Ai used for monitoring email queues. This allows you to track messages that are pending, failed, or successfully sent.
To open the Email Queue menu, click the [Promotions] module, then click [Email Queue].
The display contains several pieces of information. The explanation of these pieces of information is as follows:
| Feature | Function |
|---|---|
| In Queue | Status: Campaign message delivery is still in the queue. |
| Sent | Campaign message status has been sent. |
| Failed | Campaign message status failed to send. |
| Try Again | Total number of email sending attempts. |
