Problem: User can't login
Account Not Registered
Make sure you have created an account on the id.nobox.ai website.
- Click login on the https://nobox.ai/ website
- Choose a location according to the nearest server
- If yes, select Sign Up, fill out the create new tenant form
- Wait for the verification email, click the link to verify your account
User Cannot Login
- If your email is already verified, log in using the account you created on the web id.nobox.ai, where you can monitor your data.
- To ensure your account is set up, open the Nobox Desktop app and try logging in again with the same account.
