Message Tags

The Message Tag is a feature in Nobox.Ai used to categorize your message data.

Add Tag

To create a message tag, click the [Message Tag] ➔ [Add Message Tag] menu. A [Add Message Tag] dialog will appear, then enter the tag name in the dialog.

If you have completed the tag name above, click [Save] to store the tag data.

Edit and Delete Data Tag

To edit a tag data, first select the data you want to edit. Edit the data and click [Save] to save the changes. To delete a tag data, select the data tag you want to delete, then click [Delete]. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to delete the data. If yes, click [Yes], if not, click [No].

How to use Message Tag

1. Open the [Inbox] menu, select any conversation available.

2. Click icon [] Once you click on the Message Tag section, it will display the previously created tags or allow you to add a new tag.

3. Select one or more of these tags.
