Funnel
Funnel is a feature in Nobox.Ai used to categorize stages in marketing and support processes.
Add Funnel
To create a data funnel, click on the [Funnel] menu ➔ [Add Funnel]. A dialog [Add Funnel] will appear, then enter the funnel name in the dialog.
If you have already filled in the funnel name in the dialog above, click [Save] to save the data.
Edit and Delete Funnel Data
To edit funnel data, select the data you want to edit. Edit your data and click [Save] to save the changes. To delete funnel data, select the funnel data you want to delete, then click [Delete]. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to delete the data. If yes, click [Yes], if not, click [No].
How to Use Funnel
1. Open the [Inbox] menu and select one of the conversations available.
2. Click the [
] icon to display the details of the chat. Click on the Funnel section to view the previously created funnel data or add a new funnel.
3. Select one of the funnel data.
