OLX Sites Extractor
To support all its advantages, OLX Extractor offers a number of interesting features that you can utilize. Among the many available feature options, you can take advantage of some selected features below:
Auto Login
OLX Extractor supports the auto login feature. With auto login, specific users can automatically log in without having to type their password first.
- Access the NoBox Desktop application through the [Extractor] menu
- Click [Other Options] on the [Process] page.
- Enter your OLX email and password before proceeding to the next step.
- Then click [OK] to save.
Page Process
A page that functions to set the criteria for the data to be retrieved.

| Limit Result | Add data as needed according to the desired amount. |
| Save To List | Save and add a file name, so when you want to add data to the list, you can use this feature. Simply press the [+] button, then name the list as desired, and finally press [OK]. |

| Other Option | Interval Settings for Country Location Selection, with additional Interval Settings for Data Collection located at the bottom. |
Page Result
Result is a page displaying the outcomes from the retrieved data.
Page Logs
Logs are pages for viewing all ongoing system activities.
Interval Get List
This feature allows you to adjust the timing between each request to simulate human-like browsing behavior.
- Click [Other Options] on the [Process] page.
- The interval indicated is the default setting of NoBox, and can be adjusted as needed.
- Then click [OK] to save
Multi Tab
OLX Extractor supports multi-tab processes, enabling searches with multiple keywords simultaneously.
- Extract data from one account using the tool with the search term “Laptop” located in “Jawa Timur.” Retrieve two data entries and include them in the Laptop Malang list.
- Add another account with the same search but with a different location and a different limit on the number of results.
Website NoBox.Ai
Data extraction results are directly stored on the NoBox.Ai website, allowing you to access and monitor them using any browser and device.

- Go to the [Contacts] section and select the [Contacts] menu.
- Select filter [Source -> OLX IndonesiaX]
- Activate [Auto Refresh] feature to monitor which data have been successfully processed.
Export Data
NoBox provides options to save extracted data in Excel formats (.xlsx, .csv) and JSON format (.json).
- Click [Export to Excel] on the [Process] page.
- To view the recently retrieved data, navigate to the [Results] page and click the [Action] button to export in Excel, CSV, and JSON formats.
Handling a Computer Crash During Data Extraction
NoBox offers a feature for unexpected computer/software shutdowns during data extraction.
- Reopen the NoBox application and navigate to the [Extractor-> OLX] menu. A notification will appear stating that the previous process is not yet complete.
- Click [OK] to proceed with data search.
- Click [Cancel] to cancel the search.
